We do not refund cancellations made by customers less than 24 hours before departure. For cancellations made by customers more than 24 hours before departure, we refund the full amount. This activity may be affected by weather and sea conditions. In the event of bad weather or uncomfortable sea conditions, Seatrips may cancel the trip and offer a full refund or reschedule the trip for another time.
